Returns & Exchanges
My aim is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please contact me immediately.
I review exchanges, returns and refunds on a case by case basis. There are no refunds on custom orders and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. As each monitor is different your yarn may appear slightly different in “real life”. Please note that I do my best to represent the colours, as well as providing a description.

Payment

All prices are listed in $AUD.

Payment is accepted through PayPal (which allows you to use debit or credit card). You can set up an account with Passioned Flower or you can purchase as a guest.

Orders will only be processed on receipt of payment.

Shipping

I ship from Australia via Australia Post. Orders will be shipped the shipping address you provide – please make sure this is correct.

Only Australian parcels have tracking as standard. If you prefer a different shipping method or require additional tracking/insurance, please contact me to make suitable arrangements.

International Customers – please note that shipping from Australia can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. The buyer is responsible for any duty or customs fees. Items will be marked as merchandise on customs forms with actual value printed.

I will deem a package lost if it has not arrived after 30 days from the shipping date. Please contact me so that I can follow up.
